Shipping & Returns

All Melody V. Cassen Fine Art Prints are made to order. For this reason I cannot cancel orders that are already being fulfilled. I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, I do not do returns for buyers remorse, but only if there is something wrong with the product: you received the wrong item, the item was damaged or printed incorrectly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. It is suggested that you use a tracked delivery method.

I am a very small business so please take this into consideration when choosing your print. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need to know more about the colors or size or paper quality. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items. Items purchased at a show or event are sold as seen and I do not offer any exchange or refund for these items.

To start a return, you can contact me at If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

During peak times like Christmas, things out of my control can happen. Shipping takes longer and sometimes damage occurs. I always want my customers to be happy with their purchase - so please contact me and I will do all I can to help.


I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, I will ship your replacement at first opportunity. Replacements will ship in approximately the same amount of time as purchases.



Artworks are securely and professionally packed before shipping.
There is no shipping fee on United States domestic shipments. All products are sent via a tracked delivery method. 

Please allow 10 business days for your item to be shipped. This window allows time for the work of a high quality local printer, packaging and delivering to a carrier service.
